TERMS RETURN MERCHANDISE
RETURNS: If the items received do not satisfy the CUSTOMER, and the items are not in the final sale category, the CUSTOMER has a period of 14 (fourteen) days following the reception of the order to return its articles. Also a RESTOCKING FEE of %25 will be applied to the order. It is sufficient for the CUSTOMER to return the item (s) he wishes to return to their original state, necessarily covered with original labels and accompanied by the original packaging and the invoice, to the following address "Volts Energies, 4490 Avenue des Industries, Laval, QC H7C 1A2 ".
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER unless the items delivered are not in conformity with the order or are the object of visible defects.
It is up to the CUSTOMER to keep all the proofs of this return (shipping followed by recommended type). These documents must contain the following information: address of consignee, date of shipment and number of packages.
If there is a visible defect upon the reception of a product, the client must indicate it to the carrier before signing/receiving the product. The delivery company must have a trace that there was a visible external defect, if not we cannot proceed with the return.
WARNING: any return of goods requires the prior agreement of the company Volts Energies and obtaining a return number issued by it to the customer, which must be very clearly legible and visible on any returned parcel.
Returns are to be made in their original state, never used and complete (packaging, accessories, leaflet, etc.) enabling them to be re-branded as new and accompanied by a copy of the purchase and / An RMA return number issued by our services.
CANCELLATIONS
Must be in writing and acknowledged by our Department of Customer Service and is subject to penalty fees.
