The Victron Energy BatteryProtect 48V-100A protects a 48V battery bank by disconnecting non-essential DC loads before excessive discharge can damage the battery or leave insufficient starting power. It supports 100A continuous load current, 250A peak current and a 32–60V operating range, with programmable disconnect and reconnect thresholds.
Its MOSFET switching avoids relay sparks, while remote on/off, alarm output and external BMS control support flexible system integration. The electronics are IP67 potted and the connections are IP00, making it suitable for protected 48V battery, vehicle, marine and off-grid DC installations.
