The Victron Energy Cyrix-Li-Charge 24/48V-120A Intelligent Charge Relay connects a battery charger to a lithium battery when permitted by the VE.Bus BMS. Designed for 24V and 48V systems, it provides controlled charger connection and helps protect LiFePO4 batteries from unsafe charging conditions.
The relay disconnects immediately when the BMS signals cell overvoltage or overtemperature, then reconnects after conditions recover. It offers 120A continuous current, 40A breaking capacity at 48V, a three-second connection delay and IP54 protection. It also periodically checks whether the charger remains enabled during operation.
