Description

The Victron Energy BlueSolar MPPT 150/60-Tr is a high-performance MPPT solar charge controller for 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V battery systems. It delivers up to 60A charging current and accepts up to 150V PV input, with maximum nominal PV power of 860W at 12V, 1,720W at 24V, 2,580W at 36V and 3,440W at 48V.

Ultra-fast MPPT technology maximizes solar energy harvesting, while advanced partial-shading detection helps maintain performance in changing conditions. The controller uses adaptive multi-stage charging, internal temperature sensing and extensive electronic protection. Bluetooth monitoring is available through VictronConnect with the required dongle.

What is the Victron VRM portal?

The Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal is a free cloud-based monitoring platform that displays real-time and historical data from your entire Victron system. It is accessible from any browser or mobile device and requires a Victron GX device (such as the Cerbo GX) connected to your system.

What is the difference between Victron MultiPlus and Quattro?

The MultiPlus has one AC input and combines an inverter, charger, and transfer switch in one unit. The Quattro has two AC inputs, it can accept both grid and generator power simultaneously and switch automatically between them. The Quattro is used in larger and more complex off-grid and hybrid systems requiring full redundancy.

Can I use Victron products with non-Victron batteries?

Yes. Victron MPPT controllers, inverter chargers, and battery chargers are compatible with most third-party batteries including Pylontech LiFePO4 batteries stocked at Volts Energies. Some advanced integration features such as dynamic charge current control require compatible BMS communication with GX devices.
