Description

The Victron Energy Phoenix Inverter 24/1200 converts 24V DC battery power into clean 120V AC pure sine wave power for mobile and off-grid systems. It delivers 1200W continuous output at 25°C, with up to 1600W peak power for starting compatible loads, using Victron’s full-bridge and toroidal-transformer design.

The inverter includes VE.Direct for monitoring and configuration, plus ECO mode to reduce standby consumption. A built-in NEMA 5-15R outlet, remote on/off capability, short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection make it a dependable choice for RVs, boats, cabins, service vehicles and other 24V battery installations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Volts Energies an authorized Victron Energy dealer?

Yes. Volts Energies is an authorized Victron Energy dealer and distributor in Canada. All Victron products sold at Volts Energies are genuine, covered by full Victron warranty, and eligible for Victron technical support.

What is the Victron VRM portal?

The Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal is a free cloud-based monitoring platform that displays real-time and historical data from your entire Victron system. It is accessible from any browser or mobile device and requires a Victron GX device (such as the Cerbo GX) connected to your system.

What is the difference between Victron MultiPlus and Quattro?

The MultiPlus has one AC input and combines an inverter, charger, and transfer switch in one unit. The Quattro has two AC inputs, it can accept both grid and generator power simultaneously and switch automatically between them. The Quattro is used in larger and more complex off-grid and hybrid systems requiring full redundancy.

Can I use Victron products with non-Victron batteries?

Yes. Victron MPPT controllers, inverter chargers, and battery chargers are compatible with most third-party batteries including Pylontech LiFePO4 batteries stocked at Volts Energies. Some advanced integration features such as dynamic charge current control require compatible BMS communication with GX devices.

What is the VictronConnect app used for?

VictronConnect lets you configure, monitor and update all Victron Smart-series products wirelessly over Bluetooth from any iOS or Android device, set charge parameters, view live data and read history.

Do Victron products work in cold Canadian winters?

Yes. Victron inverters and chargers are rated to perform reliably from −40°C to +65°C, making them well suited to year-round Canadian off-grid, cabin and marine use.
