The Victron Energy Phoenix Inverter Compact 24/2000 230V VE.Bus converts 24V DC battery power into reliable 230V AC for professional off-grid and mobile systems. It delivers 2000VA, 1600W continuous output at 25°C, 1450W at 40°C and up to 4000W peak power. SinusMax hybrid HF technology provides true sine-wave output with strong start-up performance for demanding loads.

VE.Bus supports parallel operation of up to six identical units and 3-phase configurations. Search Mode can reduce no-load consumption, while remote control and a programmable relay add flexibility. The IP21 enclosure is intended for dry, well-ventilated indoor installation.

Yes. Volts Energies is an authorized Victron Energy dealer and distributor in Canada. All Victron products sold at Volts Energies are genuine, covered by full Victron warranty, and eligible for Victron technical support.

What is the Victron VRM portal?

The Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal is a free cloud-based monitoring platform that displays real-time and historical data from your entire Victron system. It is accessible from any browser or mobile device and requires a Victron GX device (such as the Cerbo GX) connected to your system.

What is the difference between Victron MultiPlus and Quattro?

The MultiPlus has one AC input and combines an inverter, charger, and transfer switch in one unit. The Quattro has two AC inputs, it can accept both grid and generator power simultaneously and switch automatically between them. The Quattro is used in larger and more complex off-grid and hybrid systems requiring full redundancy.

Can I use Victron products with non-Victron batteries?

Yes. Victron MPPT controllers, inverter chargers, and battery chargers are compatible with most third-party batteries including Pylontech LiFePO4 batteries stocked at Volts Energies. Some advanced integration features such as dynamic charge current control require compatible BMS communication with GX devices.

What is the VictronConnect app used for?

VictronConnect lets you configure, monitor and update all Victron Smart-series products wirelessly over Bluetooth from any iOS or Android device, set charge parameters, view live data and read history.

Do Victron products work in cold Canadian winters?
