Description

The Victron Energy Quattro 48/3000/35-50/50 120V VE.Bus is a professional inverter charger designed for off-grid, marine, RV, and backup energy systems. It combines a 3000VA pure sine wave inverter, 35A adaptive battery charger, and dual AC inputs with automatic transfer switching to deliver reliable, uninterrupted power from batteries, shore power, or a generator. Its dual AC outputs ensure critical loads remain powered during outages.

Built with VE.Bus communication, PowerAssist, and PowerControl technologies, the Quattro intelligently manages available power while preventing overloads. It supports parallel and split-phase operation for scalable energy systems and integrates seamlessly with Victron monitoring and energy management solutions, making it ideal for demanding residential and mobile power applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Volts Energies an authorized Victron Energy dealer?

Yes. Volts Energies is an authorized Victron Energy dealer and distributor in Canada. All Victron products sold at Volts Energies are genuine, covered by full Victron warranty, and eligible for Victron technical support.

What is the Victron VRM portal?

The Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal is a free cloud-based monitoring platform that displays real-time and historical data from your entire Victron system. It is accessible from any browser or mobile device and requires a Victron GX device (such as the Cerbo GX) connected to your system.

What is the difference between Victron MultiPlus and Quattro?

The MultiPlus has one AC input and combines an inverter, charger, and transfer switch in one unit. The Quattro has two AC inputs, it can accept both grid and generator power simultaneously and switch automatically between them. The Quattro is used in larger and more complex off-grid and hybrid systems requiring full redundancy.

Can I use Victron products with non-Victron batteries?

Yes. Victron MPPT controllers, inverter chargers, and battery chargers are compatible with most third-party batteries including Pylontech LiFePO4 batteries stocked at Volts Energies. Some advanced integration features such as dynamic charge current control require compatible BMS communication with GX devices.

What is the VictronConnect app used for?

VictronConnect lets you configure, monitor and update all Victron Smart-series products wirelessly over Bluetooth from any iOS or Android device, set charge parameters, view live data and read history.

Do Victron products work in cold Canadian winters?

Yes. Victron inverters and chargers are rated to perform reliably from −40°C to +65°C, making them well suited to year-round Canadian off-grid, cabin and marine use.
