Description

The Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT RS 450/200-Tr is a high-performance solar charge controller designed for large PV arrays and 48V battery banks. It accepts a 65–450V PV operating range and delivers up to 200A charging current, with a total charging power of up to 11.52kW. Its ultra-fast MPPT technology maximizes solar energy harvesting, including during partial shading.

The controller supports fully programmable charging parameters for different battery chemistries, including lithium and lead-acid. Bluetooth enables setup and monitoring through VictronConnect, while VE.Can supports communication and synchronization with additional compatible units. It is suited to large off-grid and grid-connected battery systems.

What is the difference between Victron MultiPlus and Quattro?

The MultiPlus has one AC input and combines an inverter, charger, and transfer switch in one unit.
