The Victron Energy Temperature Sensor for BMV-702/712 is an optional external sensor designed to add temperature measurement to compatible Victron battery monitoring systems. It works with the BMV-702 and BMV-712 Smart, enabling the monitor to measure battery temperature over a -20°C to +50°C range.
The sensor connects to the compatible BMV monitor and provides temperature information for system monitoring. It is particularly useful where battery temperature needs to be monitored alongside voltage, current and state-of-charge information. The sensor is an optional accessory and is not included with the BMV-702 or BMV-712 Smart.
