The Victron Orion 24/12-80 DC-DC converter is a high-power, non-isolated unit that converts an 18–35V DC input into an adjustable 10–15V output. It delivers 80A continuously and up to 90A maximum at 92% efficiency, reliably powering 12V equipment from a 24V electrical system.
Its adjustable output can buffer-charge a 12V starter or accessory battery, while temperature-controlled fan cooling supports high-current operation. The IP20 unit uses M6 bolt connections and remote on/off control for practical system integration. Up to five units can operate in parallel when more output current is needed, suiting vehicle, marine and auxiliary power installations.
