The Victron Energy Orion-Tr 24/12-15 (180W) DC-DC Converter is a non-isolated DC-DC converter designed to convert power from a 24V DC system to a regulated 12V output. It provides up to 15A continuous output and 180W of rated power, making it suitable for powering compatible 12V equipment from 24V electrical systems.
Using synchronous rectification, the Orion-Tr delivers efficiency exceeding 95% at full load. Its IP43 protection is available when installed with the screw terminals facing downward, while screw terminals allow straightforward installation without special tools. The unit operates from -20°C to 55°C, making it suitable for compatible vehicle, marine and off-grid DC applications.
