The Victron Energy VE Transfer Switch 10kVA automatically transfers a 200–250VAC single-phase load between two AC sources, such as generator and shore power, inverter and generator, or inverter and shore power. With 40A input and output ratings, it helps maintain reliable AC supply when the preferred source becomes unavailable.
The switch uses automatic source detection with 5–20 ms opening and 10–20 ms closing transfer times, then returns to input 1 after about a 10-second stability delay. Its IP54 enclosure, wall-mount design and compatibility with any inverter make it a practical choice for marine, off-grid and backup-power systems.
