The Victron Energy VE Transfer Switch 5kVA automatically transfers a 200–250VAC single-phase load between two AC sources, such as shore power and a generator or inverter. With 20A input and output ratings, it provides automatic source selection through two AC inputs and one output, helping maintain dependable power when the preferred source is unavailable.
The switch returns to input 1 after about a 10-second stability delay and uses 5–20 ms opening and 10–20 ms closing transfer times. Its IP54 enclosure and wall-mount design suit dry, well-ventilated installations in marine, off-grid and backup-power systems.
